- Fifteen years in financial services analytics, ten across all three major insurance lines — P&C, life and annuity, and health — first for North American carriers, now running engagements in South Asia.
- Outside work I train — methodically, and I measure it.
- Built and shipped a few side products — desktop tools, a cognitive training app. None found traction; I shut them all down.
